As an Administrative Assistant IIIfor our Corporate Data & Analyticsteam, you will be part of a team that is at the forefront of enterprise technology advancements.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage extremely active calendar for the department Director and team supervisors

  • Schedule and coordinate large monthly off site meetings which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures, catering and facility needs

  • Process requisitions which may include software, hardware, procurement, and staffing augmentation

  • Oversee department expenses

  • Provide back up support for other finance and analytic team administrative assistants

  • Prepare presentations and manage the archival of such

  • Coordinate space planning with Facilities and procurement

  • Update content for department Sharepoint sites

  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, events, travel, conferences and department activities for designated individuals

  • Manage and distribute prepared communications

  • Support vendor relationships and manage team office supply levels and orders

  • Work in cooperation with and may direct other assistants to cover administrative needs and provide back-up and support for the leadership as needed

  • Assist with onboarding new hires

  • Handle highly confidential, sensitive and proprietary information and interprets and explains policies when necessary

What you’ll bring:

  • Five (5) years’ administrative experience providing administrative support to senior level managers, executives, or groups of managers.

  • Unwavering resiliency, diligence and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to build, cultivate and manage business relationships

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to quickly learn proprietary and/or other database programs
